- Meet the Winemaker: Occasionally we bring a winemaker into town from the European area. You have the opportunity to meet the winemaker and converse throughout the evening. Chef will pair small bites that compliment the beverages.

Food & Wine Paring Dinners:
6-8 times per year Chef and I sit down to discuss off menu dinner options. We pair wines with the food through a four course menu. The first three courses will consist of small plate items and the final course will be dessert. You will consume four different wine that pair perfectly with each course.
